Gelombang TKI dari luar negeri yang mudik ke Jatim memadati terminal 2 Bandara Juanda, Sidoarjo, Kamis (22/6/2017) malam.
Hingga berita ini ditulis, tercatat sekitar 2.500 TKI sudah mendarat di bandara Internasional tersebut.
Dari ribuan TKI itu, salah satunya adalah Nuryanti, buruh migran asal Blitar. Dia sudah empat tahun merantau ke luar negeri dan baru pulang lebaran kali ini.
"Saya dapat cuti 3 minggu. Saya sudah empat tahun tak pulang sampai lupa wajah suami saya," kata Nuryanti.
Hal senada dikatakan Ririn, TKI dari Tulungagung yang akan dijemput oleh keluarganya.
"Saya dijemput keluarga. Mudah-mudahan tak lupa dengan wajah anak saya dan suami," ucap Ririn, TKW asal Tuluangung.
Pesawat yang ditumpangi Nuryanti, Ririn, serta para TKI lainnya mendarat di Juanda sekitar pukul 21.30 WIB.
Sebelum meninggalkan bandara, mereka terlebih dulu mengikuti pendataan yang digelar UPT Pelayanan Penempatan dan Perlindungan TKI Disnakertrans Jatim di Bandara Juanda.
Menurut Kepala Disnaker Jatim, Setiajit, diperkirakan ada 4.000 TKI yang mudik ke Jatim tahun ini setelah mendapat izin cuti dari majikannya.
"Saat ini sudah ada 2.500 TKI yang mudik," tuturnya.
Selain cuti, ada pula TKI yang pulang karena masa kontrak kerjanya telah habis.
